To help tackle the labor shortage, Randstad flipped the recruitment process on its head. We introduced the Reversed Job Interview—the first job interview where employers from some of the Netherlands’ biggest companies applied to you. Through a livestream, candidates could ask the questions, alongside local Reversed Job Interviews hosted in 14 cities across the country. This way, we not only helped job seekers but also gave Randstad clients new opportunities to find employees.
